Something as small and simple as a toilet water supply line can cause a massive damage in a bathroom.  This customer had no idea it was busted for days, as this was merely a weekend home to them.  SERVPRO professionals were able to return it back to a working facility again and the customer was able to choose a brand new look too!

Helpful tip - Teach everyone in your household where the water shut off valves are located and how to react in various situations.  If people are clear what to do, you automatically lessen the amount of damage to your home!
