What a great group of people! We had a flood on labor day weekend. They never hesitated. Had a team in the house within a couple of hours of our call and didn’t stop until the carpet was gone and the drying out process had begun. SERVPRO is the only place to call when disaster strikes!

SERVPRO cleaned up a friend's truck after a childbirth took place inside the truck. One call to Ashley Bacon is all it took to get it cleaned up the right way. This was no job for a detail shop......Nope, this involved blood and body fluids....SERVPRO is the only one I would recommend! They did a awesome job and the truck looks new again!! I have had to use SERVPRO on several occasions due to water damage. We had pipes bust in the middle of the night, and they were at our home within an hour. 
We even had to relocate for several days, but SERVPRO got us back in our home fast. They are professional and get the job done quickly.

This is a letter just to let everyone know how I feel about SERVPRO.  I have had the unfortunate but fortunate experience to have to use SERVPRO twice in my life.  Once was at home and the other at my church.  Both times I was very pleased with how they handled all the work they did.  They boxed up my household items and taped off the rest of the house to prevent any damage.  They were very professional and most of all they knew what we were going through with water damage to our house and treated us very nicely.    In our church they came and gave us an estimate then told us when they would be there and how long it would take to finish the job.  All the people I talked with in the office and on the job were very courteous and helpful.  I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone with water or mold issues. Meltblown Technologies experienced what all people fear most - a fire.  A fully loaded tractor trailer packed with materials combusted and the fire wreaked havoc on our building. The fire department was able to get things under control and prevent the fire from spreading any further, but the large amount of water, mixed with burnt, soggy materials left our plant and much of the production equipment inoperable.

Around 10am the following day, Ashley Bacon from SERVPRO arrived, assessed the damage and gave her word they could help.  We didn’t have any idea how they could pull it off because of how much damage had been done, nonetheless, I chose to give it a shot because we were desperate to be back up and running as soon as possible. She began communicating with her team as well as us, and within a few hours, over a dozen SERVPRO professionals arrived - ready to meet the challenge. 

The following day, SERVPRO’s Commercial Large Loss Team arrived with over 60 SERVPRO professionals and technicians, all ready to go!  After nearly 4 weeks of mitigation, the SERVPRO team bid farewell.  The plant looked brand new! 

Needless to say, when I look back to the day that SERVPRO lady walked up, looked around and told me “We’ll get you back up and running in no time, just trust me”, I’m thankful that I took her word.  They truly went above and beyond my expectations.

I can't say enough about the service I received from SERVPRO.  Extremely professional! All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly.  Monitoring of the work being done was consistent and I was informed of all progress being made.
